How the work happens
Five moves. Then it’s yours.
No 14-phase flowchart. A website still has to get designed, built, checked, and launched. Social media management follows a separate monthly setup when you want the accounts handled too.
Website process
A clear process from strategy to launch.
01 / strategy
Strategy
I learn the business, the customers, the competitors, the goals, the pages you actually need, and where search is a real opportunity versus a wish. If the offer is muddy, we fix that before picking a font.
02 / direction
Direction
Visual system, content direction, sitemap, and the conversion path: from first glance to call, form, or checkout. This is where the site stops being “a vibe” and becomes a plan.
03 / build
Build
Responsive Squarespace or Shopify construction. Copy written or refined. SEO foundations: titles, headings, internal links, alt text, schema that isn’t fake.
04 / refine
Refine
Test on real phones. Collect your feedback. Complete the revision rounds we agreed to. No infinite “one more tweak” loop unless we’re quoting it.
05 / launch
Launch
Connect the domain, verify forms, submit the sitemap, configure analytics, and hand over ownership. After that, the site is yours. Optional updates are a separate conversation.
03 / build
The site gets built in the editor you actually get.
Squarespace and Shopify work happens on the live draft: layout, copy, and custom CSS side by side. You review the real page, not a mockup that has to be rebuilt later.
The website launches.
The social accounts stay current.
Social media marketing
The website process is not the social process.
A website launches. Social accounts stay current. If you want both, we still quote them as separate scopes. Social media management starts at $485 per month.
New project / start here
If you’re ready, we don’t need a kickoff balloon arch.
Tell D & D about the website, the social accounts, or both.
